You have the right to return any items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt. The items must be unused, in their original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM. This means they are rain and splash-resistant but should not be submerged in water or worn while showering or swimming.
How do I change my watch strap?
Our watches feature interchangeable straps. Each watch comes with a small tool in the box to help you release the spring bar and swap your leather or NATO strap in seconds.
