Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, allowing you ample time to ensure your Daniel Wellington timepiece or accessory meets your expectations. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original presentation box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
